LVCF | PCA Region 5 Partner (ended July 1, 2026)
Effective July 1 (2026), the regional partner agreement for the Pennsylvania Creative Industries, powered by Pennsylvania Council on the Arts is no longer in effect.
Interested Individuals should refer to the PCI website for grant opportunities, eligibility guidelines and the process to apply. Learn more: Pennsylvania Creative Industries.
Beginning in September of 2026 Pennsylvania Creative Industries is collaborating with Bridgeway Capital as the Statewide Administrator of the CEA program (all regions will apply through Bridgeway Capital PCI) in alignment with Bridgeway Capital, will launch the Keystone Creatives website.
This will be a one-stop-shop for applying for the CEA grant as well as other resources and networking opportunities for Creative Entrepreneurs in Pennsylvania. You can also add your email to the mailing list to receive updates about the CEA application launch from the new Keystone Creatives Landing Page: Home - Keystone Creatives.
The staff of the Community Foundation participates in several collaboratives that are important to promote and provide arts & culture in the region.

PPA | Creative Sector Flex Fund
The Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA) Creative Sector Flex Fund (CSFF) is designed to address the changing needs of dynamic PA arts organizations with average annual revenue between $10,000 – $200,000. Learn More…
PPA | Creative Entrepreneurs Accelerator Program
The Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator Program is designed to pair access to existing small business consulting services with financial resources for creative entrepreneurs who aspire to start their own for-profit business or who operate an existing for-profit micro business. The Program’s purpose is to help creative entrepreneurs to grow their business, audience, and revenue. Learn More…
Note About Both Programs
PA Creative Industries grantees and funding recipients are required to acknowledge the agency's support by displaying the agency's logo on their website, published materials, and announcements that acknowledge the grantee’s or funding recipient's grantors and donors.
Additionally, when citing Pennsylvania Creative Industries' project and/or program support in writing, grantees must include the following acknowledgement: “[Grantee name] received funding from Pennsylvania Creative Industries, powered by the Pennsylvania Council of the Arts, a state agency funded by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the National Endowment for the Arts.”
