The CORE Learning Series is designed as a container for nonprofit leaders to pause, reflect, and connect with one another meaningfully across difference, with the purpose of fostering collective insight, strengthening collaboration, and advancing equity and justice in the systems and communities they serve.
Container: An intentionally and thoughtfully created environment—shaped by clear intentions, shared agreements, and facilitation practices
In a moment when many nonprofit and community leaders are navigating uncertainty, pressure, and complexity, this series offers something essential: an intentional space to slow down, be present, and engage with others in thoughtful conversation. Together, participants are invited to be curious and brave as they reflect on leadership, our shared humanity, and the systems we operate within—exploring how we can lead and work in ways that do no harm and, more importantly, improve the lives of those who rely on these systems for support.
Rather than focusing solely on solutions or strategies, the CORE Learning Series centers the process of learning together. Through reflection, dialogue, and shared exploration, participants are invited to deepen their understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the environments in which they lead.
At its core, the series asks participants to consider:
Grounded in love and honoring our shared humanity, the program encourages participants to explore how leadership can be practiced in ways that nurture trust, care, and collective understanding.

This series is designed for nonprofit leaders who are navigating complexity, leading people or teams, and seeking deeper connection and reflection in their leadership practice.
The Role of the Container
The most important element of this series is the container itself.
The container is a shared environment intentionally designed to allow participants to:
In this environment, learning emerges through dialogue, reflection, and relationship.

The CORE Learning Series is more than a set of sessions—it is a shared container for reflection, connection, and dialogue.
Because the strength of this experience depends on the presence and participation of each individual, we ask participants to make the following commitments:
Showing Up Fully
Participants are expected to attend all 8 sessions (22 total hours). The experience is designed to build over time, and each session contributes to the trust and connection within the group.
Being in Community
Participants are invited to engage with openness, curiosity, and care—contributing to a space where people can show up fully and connect across difference.
Format
The series will begin with in-person sessions to build connection and will then transition to virtual gatherings for the remainder of the experience.

Participation is free, with limited space available.
